ABOUT THE FOUNDERS Rev Zamani and Edinah Sithole are both holders of Diplomas in Theology. He and his wife are the founders of Revival Times International churches in Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Rev Zamani Sithole received the calling on 30th April 1986. That night was the turning point of my life, for I sensed a strong anointing of the Holy Spirit and God said, “I know that you do not believe that its I the Lord speaking to you” Now listen because its me speaking to you. I have called you to raise the poor to be rich through teaching my word. Then I asked, “ How can this be because I myself am poor and I come from a very poor family. The Lord said to me that he was going to bless me and to send me abroad with his word and to make me a great generation. The Lord also said that he knows that I am not educated so he said that he was going to give me the tongue of the learned. If I remain faithful and obedient God said that he was going to bless me. God also said to me , whatever I want if I ask him he will give me. It took 15 years before Revival Times International Ministries was officially launched. We did not have any promise of sponsorship from anyone, so it was difficult for us to plant a church though God was pressing us to do so. My wife and I agreed to sell our saloon car which we had bought from a pension we had received from the government after I retired from the Military in obedience to God’s call. With the money which we sold the car we managed to plant churches in Zimbabwe. Being 10km from Mozambique on the east side of Zimbabwe we also obeyed God and planted several churches. In pursuit of raising people from poverty we have acquired a 10,5 hectare piece of land were our aim is to raise people from a holistic approach by building a high school. With the scourge of HIV and AIDS we have an obligation to build this school to arrest moral decay. Though we are living in a country with economic challenges I know God is alive and we believe that he will raise man and women who will see the completion of this project.
